Health Dashboard Overview
Overall grade, dimensions, and top findings.
What you see
The Health Dashboard is your starting point for understanding the operational health of your iVend deployment. It shows:
- Overall grade: A single letter grade (A through F) with a numeric score (0–100)
- Dimension breakdown: 8 radar chart segments showing how each area scores individually
- Top findings: The most impactful issues affecting your score, sorted by severity
- Score trend: A chart showing how your grade has changed over time
Reading the radar chart
The radar chart visualizes all 8 dimensions at once. A perfect score would be a full octagon. Dips toward the center indicate dimensions that need attention. Hover over any segment to see the exact score and check count.
Top findings
Below the grade, you'll see your top findings — these are the specific checks that are failing or have warnings. Each finding shows:
- The dimension it belongs to
- Severity (critical, warning, or informational)
- A description of what was found
- A recommended action
On the Free tier, you see the top 3 findings. Standard tier shows all findings. Pro and Managed tiers add compliance framework cross-referencing.
Score trend
The score trend chart (expandable via the trend icon) shows your health score over the past 7, 30, or 90 days depending on your tier. Use it to verify that changes you've made are improving your score, or to spot gradual degradation before it becomes critical.
