Inviting Team Members

Send invitations and manage pending invites.

How to invite

  1. Navigate to Account → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Select their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
  5. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with a link to create their account and join your organization. The link expires after 7 days — you can resend it from the Team page if needed.

Pending invites

Pending invitations appear in the Team list with an "Invited" badge. You can:

  • Resend: Send the invitation email again
  • Cancel: Revoke the invitation before it's accepted

Module access

When inviting a member, you can configure which modules they can access. This is useful for teams where different people manage different aspects of the operation — for example, your compliance officer might only need access to Health, while your IT team needs Infra and AI.

Removing members

To remove a team member, go to Account → Team, click the member's row, and select Remove. Their access is revoked immediately. Their past actions (attestations, alert acknowledgments) remain in the audit trail.
