The Free tier gives you a permanent view of your iVend health grade. No credit card, no expiry. It's designed to be genuinely useful, not a teaser.

Standard — $49/user/month + from $4/node

• Full health diagnostics (all 28 checks)
• All 11 Infra pages (Command Center, Store Fleet, POS Fleet, Replication, Alerts, Settlement, Integration, Capacity, Calendar)
• Email alerts
• Up to 10 users
• 30-day metric retention

Pro — $69/user/month + from $7/node

• Everything in Standard
• Compliance Center with framework mapping
• PDF compliance reports
• Pulse AI (500 queries/month)
• Audit timeline with CSV export
• Up to 25 users
• 90-day metric retention

Managed — $99/user/month + from $12/node

• Everything in Pro
• Unlimited Pulse AI queries

Node pricing

A "node" is one POS terminal. Node pricing is per-terminal per-month. Volume discounts apply: 50+ nodes get 15% off, 200+ nodes get 25% off. Your HQ server is included at the account level — you don't pay a node fee for it.

Vertical packs

Vertical packs (like Pulse Pharma) add 30–40% to your base tier price. They include industry-specific pages, compliance frameworks, and specialized monitoring.

Annual billing

Pay annually and get 2 months free (effectively 17% off). Annual billing is available for all paid tiers.
