How to upgrade and what happens to your data.

How to upgrade

  1. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar
  2. Click Change Plan or Upgrade
  3. Select your new tier
  4. Enter payment details (if not already on file)
  5. Confirm — the upgrade takes effect immediately

What happens when you upgrade

  • Immediate access: New features unlock the moment the upgrade processes
  • Prorated billing: If you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days
  • No data loss: All your existing data, health scores, and configuration are preserved
  • Trial credit: If you upgrade during your 30-day trial, your paid subscription begins when the trial ends

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You keep full access to your current tier until then
  • Data beyond your new tier's retention limit is preserved for 30 days, then archived
  • If you downgrade to Free, you keep your health score forever — it never expires

Changing node count

Your node count adjusts automatically as the agent discovers POS terminals. If you add new stores or terminals, the node count updates on your next invoice. If you remove terminals, the count adjusts downward the following billing cycle.
