View invoices, update payment methods.

Viewing invoices

Navigate to Billing in the sidebar to see your invoice history. Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice date and number
  • Line items (user seats, node count, vertical packs)
  • Subtotal, tax, and total
  • Payment status (paid, pending, or failed)

Click any invoice to view the full detail or download a PDF copy for your records.

Payment methods

Pulse accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and direct debit/ACH for annual plans. To update your payment method:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing (opens the Stripe customer portal)
  3. Update your card or add a new payment method

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically over the next few days. You'll receive an email notification. During this grace period, your account remains active. If payment isn't resolved within 14 days, your account is downgraded to the Free tier (your data and health score are preserved).

Purchase orders

For enterprise customers who require purchase orders, contact sales@citixsys.com. We support PO-based billing for annual Managed tier subscriptions.

Tax and VAT

Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated based on your billing address and shown as a separate line item on your invoice. If you're a VAT-registered business in a supported jurisdiction, you can enter your VAT ID in billing settings to adjust tax handling.
