What you get in the 30-day free trial.
What's included in your trial
Every new Pulse account starts with a 30-day free trial at the Pro tier. No credit card required. During the trial, you have access to everything:
- Pulse Health: Full 28-check health scoring with all 8 dimensions, compliance framework mapping, audit timeline, and PDF report generation
- Pulse Infra: All 11 infrastructure pages — Command Center, Store Fleet, POS Fleet, Replication Intelligence, Alerts, Settlement, Integration, Capacity, and Calendar
- Pulse AI: Natural language queries with live data grounding (500 queries during trial)
- Team access: Invite up to 5 team members
- Email alerts: Configurable alert rules with email notifications
What happens after the trial
When your 30-day trial ends:
- Your account automatically moves to the Free tier
- You keep your health score forever — the overall grade, top 3 findings, and 8-dimension breakdown
- Paid module pages (Infra detail, AI chat, Compliance Center) become locked but your data is preserved
- You can upgrade at any time to unlock everything again — no data loss
Upgrading during or after trial
To upgrade, go to Billing → Plans and select the tier that fits your needs. You can upgrade at any point during or after the trial:
- During trial: Your paid subscription begins when the trial ends (no double-billing)
- After trial: Paid features unlock immediately upon subscription
No pressure, no lock-in
We don't ask for payment details upfront. The trial is designed to give you enough time to install the agent, see your health score, and decide whether deeper visibility is worth it. Most customers find their health score alone justifies the free tier — paid modules are for teams that want to go deeper.
