Your First Login
Log in and explore the dashboard.
Signing in
After signing up, you'll receive a welcome email with a link to your tenant subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.pulse.ivend.com). Click the link or navigate directly to your subdomain and sign in with the email and password you used during registration.
What you see first
On your first login, Pulse directs you to the Command Center — your executive dashboard. If the agent has already pushed its first snapshot (within 60 seconds of installation), you'll see:
- Health Score: Your overall grade (A through F) across 8 dimensions
- KPI tiles: Store count, POS count, replication health, and ERP sync status
- Attention items: Issues that need immediate action, sorted by severity
- Store matrix: A colour-coded grid showing the status of every store
Navigating the sidebar
The left sidebar organizes Pulse into modules:
- Infra: Command Center, Store Fleet, POS Fleet, Replication, Alerts, Settlement, Integration, Capacity, Calendar
- Health: Health Dashboard, Compliance Center, Audit Timeline
- AI: AI Insights and Ask Pulse (chat)
- Pharma: Available if you have the Pharma vertical pack
Modules you haven't subscribed to appear with a lock icon. You can still see what they offer — click to learn more or start a trial.
Your account
Click your avatar in the top-right corner to access:
- Account Settings: Update your name, email, and notification preferences
- Team Management: Invite colleagues and manage roles
- Billing: View your plan, manage subscriptions, and download invoices
