What AI Insights is
AI Insights is the proactive side of Pulse AI. Where Ask Pulse waits for a question, AI Insights surfaces observations automatically in a right-rail panel on each canvas.
What shows up
- Anomaly. "Store 4 had a 3× discount rate spike in the last 2 hours."
- Trend. "Replication lag on Store 12 has grown every day this week."
- Cross-store pattern. "Six stores on agent 1.0.6 show the same peripheral driver warning."
- Compliance nudge. "Three attestations are due in the next 48 hours; nobody has been assigned."
How it runs
Pulse AI runs lightweight analytical passes over your tenant aggregates every 60 minutes. Observations below a confidence threshold are filtered out to keep the panel signal-heavy.
Feedback loop
Each insight has thumbs-up / thumbs-down. Positive feedback promotes similar insights; negative feedback suppresses them. Feedback is local to your tenant.
Availability
AI Insights is bundled with paid Infra tiers (Standard+) in v4.1.1. Free tenants do not see the panel.
