What LP Dashboard is

The Loss Prevention canvas. Surfaces operational signals that predict shrink — void patterns, discount anomalies, refund clusters, payment method mix — at both chain and store level.

Bundling in v4.1.1

LP Dashboard started in Pulse Commerce. In v4.1.1 it moved to Infra so teams who monitor operational risk and loss prevention in the same sitting do not need two subscriptions. Free tier: no access. Pulse Infra Standard or Pro: full access, bundled. Legacy Commerce subscribers: access preserved, no additional billing action.

Canvas layout

KPI strip. Void rate, discount rate, refund rate, payment method mix.
Top 10 stores by void rate. With day-over-day change.
Top 10 cashiers by void rate. by_user breakdown (agent 1.0.8+).
Category mix. by_category breakdown.

Agent chip

Each tile carries an agent chip. Stores on 1.0.7 show aggregate KPIs but not by_user / by_category. Stores on older agents show — with a version-mismatch tooltip.

Ghosted POS

POS not reporting in the selected window render ghosted (grey, "no signal" badge) — distinct from zero-voids-today.

Per-store drill

Click any store in the top-10 list for a 30-day LP timeline at store level, plus cashier-level breakdown and peer-store baseline.
