Store Fleet
Monitor every store's status and connectivity.
Overview
The Store Fleet page lists every store in your iVend deployment, grouped by region. It's the go-to page when you need to check on a specific location or identify patterns across your fleet.
What you see for each store
- Store name and code: As configured in iVend
- Status indicator: Online (green), warning (yellow), offline (red), or unknown (grey)
- Last seen: Timestamp of the most recent agent heartbeat from this store
- POS count: Number of active POS terminals at this location
- Replication status: Queue depth and last successful sync
- iVend version: Software version running at this store
Drill-down panel
Click any store row to open a detailed side panel showing:
- Server metrics (CPU, memory, disk) for that store's server
- POS terminal list with individual status
- Replication queue breakdown by object type
- Recent alert history for the store
- Configuration details (version, settings, services)
Filtering and sorting
Use the filter bar to narrow the store list by region, status, or search by name. Sort by any column header. The store count badge updates as you filter.
Common workflows
- "Which stores are offline?" — Filter by status = Offline
- "Which stores are behind on replication?" — Sort by replication queue depth (descending)
- "Which stores are running old versions?" — Sort by iVend version
