Pulse Compliance overview

What Pulse Compliance is, how it differs from Pulse Health, and who it is for.

What is Pulse Compliance?

Pulse Compliance maps legal and regulatory frameworks to your live operational posture. It answers the auditor's question — "can you show me, across every store, that control X was in effect on date Y?" — with evidence drawn from the same stream the rest of Pulse uses.

How it differs from Pulse Health

Pulse Health checks operational things: replication is healthy, backups ran, services are up. It is a day-to-day reliability dashboard. Pulse Compliance checks regulatory things: retention periods, dual-authorisation thresholds, statutory attestations. It is a monthly, quarterly, and annual audit tool.

Who it is for

Pulse Compliance is aimed at Compliance Officers and Internal Audit teams, plus any retailer whose jurisdiction has mandatory retail-technology controls — today, most of the Middle East, parts of Africa, and pharmacy-regulated markets worldwide.
