What Manage Framework is
The per-tenant control plane for which compliance frameworks are active, pending, or retiring. It lives inside Compliance Center as its own section.
Jurisdiction auto-select
When your tenant is created, Pulse filters the framework catalogue to frameworks that apply to your jurisdiction (driven by core/jurisdictions.py and the applicability matrix — 36 jurisdictions in v4.1.1). Override under Account Settings → Region.
One-click Enable
- Pulse creates a
ComplianceFrameworkCycle. - The first audit run is queued.
- The framework appears in Compliance Posture.
- A HealthEvent is logged; the Change Timeline records the enable.
30-day retirement warning
Frameworks scheduled for retirement surface in the Retiring bucket 30 days before the deprecation date. A warning chip is rendered inline. Use the 30 days to export historical evidence and migrate to a replacement framework.
Retiring toggle
Admins can toggle a framework into Retiring mode early. The toggle is reversible until the deprecation date passes.
