Replication Intelligence

Full Catalogue pop-out, per-store queue strip, and drilling failed records.

What this page shows

Replication Intelligence is the per-store view of data moving from HQ to stores and back. Where Store Fleet shows KPIs as a grid, Replication Intelligence shows what is in flight, what is blocked, and what failed for a single store — one click away from the fix.

Full Catalogue pop-out

The Full Catalogue button opens a right-hand pop-out listing every replication object type known to iVend — around 180 entries — grouped by business area: master data (items, customers, price lists, promotions, loyalty tiers), transactional (sales, returns, payments, void events), operational (users, shifts, register configuration), and configuration (stores, POS profiles, tax rules, coupons).

For each object you can see direction (HQ → store, store → HQ, bidirectional), typical daily record volume, and last successful sync timestamp.

Per-store queue strip

KPIReading
PendingRecords queued but not yet pushed
FailedRecords the agent gave up on after retries
LagAge of the oldest pending record
ThroughputRecords replicated per minute over the last hour

Tiles turn amber when pending breaches the store's threshold, and red when lag exceeds 30 minutes.

Drilling a failed record

Click the failed count to see a table of failures with object type, error code, last-seen timestamp, and a Retry action. Common causes: missing foreign keys (parent record not yet synced), stale references (a user or price list that has since been deleted), and agent-side timeouts (usually transient — retry works).
