When to invite, roles, and module access.
When to invite
We recommend connecting the agent and verifying your data first, then inviting team members. This way, when they log in for the first time, they see a working dashboard instead of an empty setup page.
Who to invite
Typical Pulse users include:
- IT Manager: Admin role — manages the platform, configures alerts, oversees all modules
- Support Engineers: Member role — monitors alerts, investigates issues, acknowledges incidents
- Compliance Officer: Member role with Health access — reviews compliance status, creates attestations
- Operations Director: Viewer role — reviews dashboards for executive reporting
- Store Managers: Viewer role with Infra access — checks their own store's status

Module access
You can restrict which modules each user can see. This is particularly useful when:
- Your compliance team should see Health but not Infra detail
- Store managers should see their store's Infra data but not billing
- External auditors need temporary Viewer access to Health only
