Setting Up Your Organization
What happens after signup, company info, subdomain selection.
After you sign up
When you create a Pulse account, the onboarding wizard guides you through three steps to get your organization set up:
- Organization details: Enter your company name, country, and estimated number of stores
- Subdomain selection: Choose your unique subdomain (e.g.,
freshmart.pulse.ivend.com) - Agent installation: Download and install the Pulse Agent on your iVend server
Organization details
We ask for your company name and country to:
- Set up your tenant with the correct locale and currency defaults
- Pre-select relevant compliance frameworks for your region
- Estimate your deployment size for capacity planning
You can update all of these later under Account Settings.
What gets created
After completing the wizard, Pulse provisions:
- Your tenant — an isolated data space for your organization
- Your subdomain — the URL where your team logs in
- An install token — the unique key that links the agent to your account
- A 30-day Pro trial — full access to all modules, no credit card
