Every new Pulse account automatically starts with a 30-day trial at the Pro tier. No credit card required, no strings attached.
What you get during the trial

- All Pulse Infra pages (11 pages, full drill-downs)
- Pulse AI with 500 queries
- Up to 5 team members
- Email alerts
What happens on day 31
If you haven't upgraded by the end of your trial:
- Your account automatically moves to the Free tier
- You keep your health score, overall grade, and top 3 findings — forever
- Paid pages (Infra detail, AI chat, Compliance Center) become locked
- Your data is preserved — upgrade anytime and everything comes back
Upgrading
You can upgrade at any point during or after the trial. If you upgrade during the trial, your subscription starts when the trial ends (no double-billing). See Upgrading Your Plan for details.
No pressure
We designed the trial to be zero-pressure. The health score alone provides real value, and many customers use the Free tier indefinitely. Paid tiers are for teams that want deeper visibility — we'd rather you upgrade because the value is obvious than because a trial expired.
